1. About these Terms
PackPlay is provided by Alihan Kuru, an individual based in Istanbul, Türkiye ("PackPlay", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the PackPlay mobile applications, the website at packplay.app, and the games and related services we provide (together, the "Services").

Please read these Terms before using the Services. These Terms govern your use of PackPlay to the extent that they form a valid agreement under applicable law. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. Nothing in these Terms replaces any separate notice, consent or express agreement required by law.
When you start using the app, and again when we publish a new version of these Terms, the app asks you to accept them. We record which version you accepted and when.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Please also read the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni (KVKK information notice, in Turkish), the Cookie Policy, the Subscription Terms and the Community Guidelines. Accepting these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional personal data processing or to advertising tracking; those choices are made separately where the law requires them.
2. Eligibility and younger users
The Services are intended for users aged 13 or older. If the law applicable to you requires a higher minimum age for your use of the Services, that higher age applies.
If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission and appropriate supervision of your parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian should review these Terms with you. Permission does not override any minimum age required by law.
You must not misrepresent your age or bypass age restrictions. PackPlay does not currently offer adult-only (18+) game packs. Any future age-restricted feature would come with separate eligibility information and restrictions.
A parent or guardian who believes that an ineligible child has an account may contact [email protected]. We will assess the report and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
3. Accounts and access
You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. The sign-in methods available to you are shown in the Services.
A guest account is tied to the device on which it was created. You can link it to Apple or Google in the app's account settings; your progress, coins and Premium stay with the same account, and from then on you open it by signing in with that service. An Apple or Google account that already belongs to another PackPlay account cannot be linked, and accounts are not merged. Choosing "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google" instead of linking opens or creates a separate account and does not move guest progress.
If you delete the application, reset or replace your device, or otherwise lose access to it before linking a guest account, you may not be able to recover it or its progress. This does not limit your rights in a valid store purchase or your ability to use Restore Purchases or ask us for help (see section 7).
Provide accurate information where requested and keep access to your device and sign-in accounts secure. Do not sell, rent, transfer or share your account, impersonate another person, or create accounts to evade restrictions or to manipulate rewards or rankings.
You are responsible for your use of your account and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access. Contact us promptly if you suspect an account security issue. This does not make you responsible for incidents caused by our failure to meet our legal obligations.
4. Games and availability
PackPlay offers games for entertainment. Available games, online and offline modes, features and content may vary by device, application version, language, location or subscription status. A feature described as upcoming is not included in a purchase unless the purchase description expressly says so.
You are responsible for a compatible device and for any internet or mobile data charges. Online play depends on network connectivity; interruptions may affect rooms, sessions, results or progress.
Computer-controlled players. Public online games, such as quick match and public rooms, may include computer-controlled players when not enough people are available. These players are operated by the Services and are not human users. Private rooms that players join with a room code are not filled with computer-controlled players.
Rankings and game rewards do not create an entitlement to cash, physical prizes or other benefits unless separately published promotion rules expressly provide otherwise.
We may release updates, fix errors, change game balancing or maintain the Services. We will give reasonable notice of material changes or discontinuation where practicable and required by law. Changes affecting paid access remain subject to your statutory rights and the purchase terms that applied when you bought.
5. Acceptable use and public profile
Use the Services lawfully and treat other users respectfully. You must not:
- use a username, display name or other profile text that impersonates someone, infringes rights, reveals another person's private information, or contains unlawful threats, hate, harassment or sexual exploitation;
- cheat, manipulate results or leaderboards, coordinate fraudulent rewards, or deliberately exploit defects for an unfair advantage;
- access another user's account, bypass security or purchase restrictions, or interfere with the Services;
- introduce malicious code, overload the Services, or use unauthorized automation to play, collect data or create accounts;
- sell accounts, in-game coins or virtual items, or use the Services for scams or unauthorized commercial activity;
- copy, distribute, modify or reverse engineer protected parts of the Services, except where applicable law or an applicable open-source licence permits it;
- submit false or abusive reports, or use reporting features to harass others.
You choose a username and a preset avatar. You cannot upload a personal photograph, and PackPlay does not provide user-to-user text or voice chat. Your username, display name, avatar and other profile details you add can be seen by other users. If you create your account by signing in with Apple or Google, your display name may be set from the name provided by that service, so it may contain your real name. You can change your display name in your profile, but you cannot hide it; later sign-ins and linking do not overwrite a name you set. Do not put private information in your profile.
You can report other users and block them using the tools in the Services. Report safety concerns, suspected cheating or rights violations through those tools or [email protected]. Responsible reports of security weaknesses are welcome; do not access other users' data or disrupt the Services while investigating.
You keep any rights you hold in what you submit, including your username, profile text, support requests and reports. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to operate the Services, show your public profile to other users, investigate reports and respond to your requests. This does not give us a general right to use your identity or submissions in advertising.
6. Ownership and licence
The application, game content, software, artwork, branding and other materials supplied through PackPlay belong to us or our licensors. Third-party materials and open-source components remain subject to their own rights and licence terms.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended entertainment purposes. You do not acquire ownership of our software or content by using the Services or by obtaining virtual items.
If you believe material in the Services infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with a description of the material, your rights, and enough information for us to locate and assess it.
7. Premium subscriptions and payments
PackPlay offers optional monthly and annual Premium subscriptions. No free trial is offered. Before you buy, PackPlay shows the available subscription periods and their prices, and the App Store or Google Play shows the final price, billing period and renewal terms in its purchase confirmation. Prices may differ by country, currency, store and applicable taxes. We do not currently sell one-time purchases.
Payments are taken only through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are processed by that store under its payment and subscription procedures, together with applicable consumer law. We do not receive your payment card details.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month and annual subscriptions renew automatically each year unless you cancel them in accordance with the store's requirements. Manage or cancel your subscription through the Apple or Google account you used to buy it. Uninstalling PackPlay or deleting your PackPlay account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Premium continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless a refund, payment reversal or lawful account restriction affects that access. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Price changes and changes to subscription benefits are subject to applicable law and to the store's notice and acceptance requirements. We will not treat these Terms as blanket consent to any future price increase.
Account and devices. Premium is linked to the PackPlay account that was used when it was bought. To use it on another iOS or Android device, sign in there to the same Apple- or Google-linked PackPlay account. A guest account cannot be signed in on another device until you link it to Apple or Google. Billing, cancellation and refund requests stay with the store through which you subscribed. If a valid purchase is not recognized, use Restore Purchases in the app or contact us.
What Premium includes. While your subscription is active:
- PackPlay does not show you the advertisements it otherwise shows during and between games, such as interstitial and banner advertisements. Optional advertisements that you choose to watch to receive an in-game reward are not covered by this benefit.
- You can use the game packs marked as Premium in the app, when such packs are offered.
- You can select the cosmetic items marked as Premium in the app, such as Premium avatars. A Premium cosmetic you select while your subscription is active stays available on your account after Premium ends.
Rooms hosted by a Premium subscriber. When the host of a room has an active Premium subscription, other players in that room can play the Premium game pack the host chose for that room. This does not give those players a personal Premium subscription, access to Premium packs outside that room, or the host's cosmetic items.
When Premium ends. After your paid period ends, Premium game pack access and the advertisement benefit end. Premium cosmetics you obtained while subscribed stay available on your account and you can keep selecting them; Premium cosmetics you never selected while subscribed need an active subscription.
8. Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds, billing corrections and withdrawal rights depend on the store you bought from and on applicable law. Use the Apple or Google refund procedure; you may also contact us for help. We do not impose a blanket prohibition on refunds or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to digital content or services, any early-performance request, express consent or acknowledgement needed to limit that right must be obtained through an appropriate purchase process. Accepting these Terms does not by itself remove a statutory withdrawal right.
9. In-game coins, rewards and items
PackPlay awards in-game coins, cosmetic items, experience points, achievements and similar benefits. In-game coins (also called tokens) are earned only through gameplay and in-game rewards, such as daily rewards, challenges, achievements and leaderboard prizes. They are not sold for real money. You can spend them in the in-game shop, for example on cosmetic items and in-game pranks.
Virtual benefits are for use within PackPlay only. They are not money, deposits, investments or a promise of financial return. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other users.
Weekly and monthly leaderboards award in-game coins, not real money or physical prizes. The eligible ranks, reward amounts and the conditions for qualifying and claiming are shown in the app. We may exclude manipulated results and reverse rewards obtained through cheating or fraud. Material changes to reward rules will be shown before they apply to the affected leaderboard period, except where a correction is needed to address fraud, a technical error or a legal requirement.
We may correct mistaken awards, reverse fraudulently obtained rewards or adjust game balancing for legitimate operational reasons. We will act proportionately and respect applicable consumer rights. Deleting your account, or a justified termination of it, ends your coins and other virtual benefits, subject to applicable law.
10. Advertising and third-party services
The Services display advertisements supplied by third parties. Advertising choices and the related processing of personal data are explained in the Privacy Policy and in the consent controls shown where the law requires them. The advertisement benefit of Premium is limited to what section 7 describes.
Apple and Google sign-in, the app stores and external websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Their inclusion does not mean that we endorse every third-party product or claim. Your mandatory rights against PackPlay remain unaffected.
11. Restrictions and account suspension
We may restrict features, remove an inappropriate profile detail, correct manipulated rewards, or suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, fraud, a security risk, harm to other users or a legal requirement.
We will consider the seriousness and circumstances of the issue. Where appropriate, we will give a reason and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to prevent harm or to comply with the law. You may ask us to review an account action by contacting [email protected].
A suspension does not cancel a subscription held with an app store. Any unused paid access, refund request or other payment consequence will be assessed under applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.
12. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account in the app under Settings › Account › Delete Account. If your account is linked to Apple or Google, you can also request it on packplay.app/delete-account, which also explains how to get help if you no longer have access to the app.
When you submit a deletion request, access to your account is closed at once and you are signed out on every device. A 30-day recovery period begins on the date of the request. To ask for the account to be restored during that period, contact [email protected], from an address associated with your account where possible, with enough information for us to verify that the account is yours. Signing in does not cancel a deletion request. When the recovery period ends, the account is permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.
Deleting your account is not the same as erasing every record at once. What is deleted, what is kept without your name or sign-in details, and why, is described on the account deletion page and in the Privacy Policy.
Before deleting your account, cancel any subscription you no longer want through the app store. Deleting the account or uninstalling the application does not by itself stop store billing.
13. Service standards and responsibility
We aim to provide functioning and secure Services, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that every defect will be corrected immediately. Contact us if you experience a problem.
Any exclusion or limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where such a limitation is prohibited, death or personal injury caused by negligence where legally protected, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your mandatory rights concerning service conformity, remedies, refunds and consumer protection remain unaffected. These Terms do not require you to indemnify us for our own wrongdoing or to waive lawful claims against us.
14. Apple and Google distribution terms
For applications downloaded from the App Store or Google Play, the store's usage rules also apply. To the extent applicable, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the licence to the iOS application unless a valid custom licence agreement is supplied separately. These Terms govern PackPlay's service relationship with you and do not replace the store's own agreement.
PackPlay support is available at [email protected]. Store distribution does not transfer our responsibilities for the Services to Apple or Google.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal requirements, security needs or changes to the Services. We will publish the revised version with its effective date. For material changes, we will give appropriate advance notice and ask for your agreement where the law requires it.
Changes do not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the affected Services and contact us about any remaining paid access or available remedies.
16. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except where mandatory laws applicable to you require otherwise. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this choice of law does not deprive you of protections that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to your consumer relationship.
Please contact [email protected] so that we can try to resolve any concern. Contacting us is not a mandatory step before using a statutory remedy. You keep access to any competent consumer authority, consumer arbitration committee, dispute resolution body or court available under applicable law. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive any right to take part in collective proceedings where that right is protected by applicable law.
17. Other provisions and contact
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not by itself waive it. Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory law or reduces rights granted in an applicable paid offer.
These Terms are written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience; any mandatory local-language requirements and consumer protections continue to apply.
