Frequently asked questions
Is PackPlay free?
Yes. All games are free to play. You can optionally subscribe for premium packs and an ad-free experience.
Do I need an account?
No, you can play right away as a guest. We recommend linking Google or Apple so your progress is safe when you change devices.
Do we need to be in the same room?
No. Everyone joins from their own phone, whether you're on the same sofa or in different cities.
How many people can play?
Word Guessing supports 2 to 20 players in teams; Color Recall supports 2 to 8 players.
Is it suitable for children?
PackPlay is for ages 13 and up. 18+ packs open only to users who confirm they are 18 or older.
How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Settings › Account Settings › Delete Account, or use the Delete account page on this site. The account is deactivated right away and erased after 30 days.
